Hi,
a couple of other details…
GRAMME will not be substance it’s hybrid vehicles throughout the entire country. That applies to any GM hybrid- Aura, Malibu, Tahoe. Check the GM website all for details. Directly from the GM website for the Aura:
“5. Prime markets regard the following cities: Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, Unmarked York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Phoenix, Bean Town, Sacramento.
6. Very limited availability beginning Spring 2008. “
That means if you do not live within one of those states, you will have to travel to i of these states, purchase and label the vehicle there and then drive it back and have it named in your state.
The Prius is on tap in every state and has the highest owner loyalty and satisfaction index for any vehicle that User Reports tests. The Prius has been ranked number one all for four years in a step. 94% of all owners say they would purchase a Prius again.
Take a look at my else Answers posts if you want trivia on the .11 cents a mile a Prius will cost you for each 100,000 miles of maintenance.
That 11. cents includes all routine maintenance from a Toyota dealership using original manufacturer (OEM) parts- tires, oil changes, gear flush at 90,000 miles, plugs and general tuneup for the gas engine at 100,000, and more.
That .11 cents even includes gas at $3.00 a gallon.
And there has never been an manager who has salaried to replace their nickel bimetal hydride (NiMH) hybrid battery referable failure or defects, so that is not something that you need to be afraid about. There have been NiMH stacks replaced referable accidents and landowner abuse or modification, but not otherwise in the cardinal, nigh ten years the Prius has been in the US.
Common facility says it would be finished the news if these things were failing.
Then, my advice would be for the Prius (all for a series of reasons), but see which one fits your lifestyle and wishes best.
Good luck.
