Your only issue with registration that I can see is not having your vehicle labeled element a Low Speed Vehicle, because provided it is then the vehicle would only be granted on streets next to a denote speed limit of 50 Km/H or less. If it is capable of higher speeds, and the vehicle is already registered in Lake, then I imagine the only stipulations is that the automobile pass a status inspection so to progress down to a Driver and Vehicle Licence Issuing Bureau in order to inform them of the change of juice origin.

   Did you cognize that GM made a factory electric S10 for a while?

   Converting cardinal by yourself is involved. Depending on power and range you wanted you could expect to spend $5,000-$20,000 on the conversion. Also weeks if not months of work to get it each done.
